The following tips should help you to achieve a great end result when submitting photo/s. If you have an questions please contact us.

When submitting digital photos:
o	Our general rule of thumb regarding submitting a photo for insertion is - only choose a photo that's clear and sharp. If it's blurry, has poor lighting or quality initially, then it won't reproduce well.
o	Digital photos submitted should at least be 200 dots per inch and up. The higher the dot per inch count the better the photo will reproduce.
o	We usually zoom in on a subject or crop a photo when inserting it into one of our products. Therefore, if the dot per inch count is low to begin with, the image will lose it's clarity and look blurry or pixilated.
o	If sending in a close-up photo of a subject's face, please make sure that there's nothing obstructing it. For best results, please try to choose a color of clothing for the subject that would compliment the color scheme or theme of custom item as well.
o	If your photo contains more than one person, please indicate the person or persons meant to be used in your custom item.

Regarding Scanning:
o	If you plan on sending in photos for scanning, for best results we recommend that you send us clear, bright, and sharp photos for great results, satin (matte) finish are acceptable. Glossy finished photos are the best.
o	You may send us a wallet sized up to an 8" x 10" enlargement photo for scanning. Please do not send photos smaller than 2" x 3" or larger than 8" x 10".
o	Please don't send slides or negatives.
o	All photos will be handled with care and returned to you unharmed along with your completed order.
o	We suggest that you please write your name and address on the back of each photo. Do not cut your photo!

In General:
o	If you are undecided as to which photo would work best in the custom item you have chosen, you are welcome to send us more than one photo; but please make sure you indicate that you are leaving the choice with us and/or would like our opinion.
o	Important: If submitting a scanned photo or if you'd like for us to scan it for you that's been taken professionally and that's copyright protected, you'll need to have a release form signed by the photographer, giving us the rights to reproduce their images. If this is the case, please contact us and request that we forward the form to you. Please refer to our policy on copyrighted images for more information.
